Foundations Package

Your personalized entry point into the equestriOM experience.

Begin with a customized eqOM Action Plan, designed to set clear goals, timelines, and measurable outcomes through structured training for both mind and body.

Includes:

Initial Online Consultation (30 min)
Eight Online Training Sessions (30 min each) – Two per week:
- One session focused on mental training (mind).
- One session focused on physical training (body).
Comprehensive Onsite Session (90 min) – Includes both grounded and mounted components integrating mind-body exercises. (or two 45-min online sessions).
Ongoing Program Management – Progress tracking, KPI evaluation, and final review with next-step recommendations.
Support Between Sessions – Call, text, or email for ongoing guidance and support throughout the program.

Performance Package

Deepen your equestriOM training with a tailored program crafted for peak performance in mind and body. Designed for ongoing development, build on the initial eqOM experience with an updated eqOM Action Plan in a structured format over 3 or 6 months.

Includes:

Weekly Online Sessions
Onsite in-person Sessions (frequency and cadence customized per package format)
Comprehensive Program Management – Progress tracking, personalized adjustments, and continued goal alignment.
Ongoing Support – Call, text, or email for ongoing guidance and support throughout the program.
Access to enhancements and additional sessions with priority scheduling availability.
Option for Show sessions!
Access to the eqOM video library for unlimited on-demand sessions .

Elite equestriOM Contract

For dedicated, high-level coaching and full-spectrum support.

After completing a Program Package, eligible clients can opt for an Annual eqOM Contract, offering a fully integrated approach to training, competition, and performance support.
